1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready.
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hats
- Jewelry & Charms
- Socks
- Belts (if the buckle shows any signs of wear)
- Watch Straps (if adjusted or sized)
- Any item from any category that is marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
2. The Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send any items back without this number.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RAN and order number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. We will then process your exchange or refund.
3. Refunds and Credits
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return after receipt. The refund itself may then take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or in your PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee ($12.95 for Standard Shipping) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
