  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: The above timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship globally! However, please be aware that we are currently unable to deliver to a few select remote regions and parts of Asia. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns and exchange policy is here for you.

1. Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

Final Sale Items

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hats
  • Jewelry & Charms
  • Socks
  • Belts (if the buckle shows any signs of wear)
  • Watch Straps (if they have been adjusted or sized)
  • Any item from any category marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

2. The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send any items back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RAN and order number. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. We will then process your exchange or refund.

3. Refunds and Credits

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. The refund itself may then take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee ($12.95 for Standard Shipping) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
