Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods you ordered have been dispatched.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package ships.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, with delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS, with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Your order number is required for all returns and exchanges

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Hats
• Jewelry & Charms
• Socks
• Belts (if the buckle shows any signs of wear)
• Watch Straps (if they have been adjusted or sized)
• Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window
2. Wait for instructions and a Returns Authorization Number (RAN)
3. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RAN and order number
4. Ship the package to the address provided (we recommend using a trackable shipping service)

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. The refund may then take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

The original shipping fee ($12.95 for Standard Shipping) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
